Full Planning Application Submitted for a Community-Driven Mixed-Use Development in Alperton
We are pleased to announce that we have submitted a planning application to Brent for a mixed-use residential-led development of 885 homes, comprising a wide range of housing types along with community facilities, new open space and public realm. The proposals have been shaped through significant engagement from local residents, prioritising community benefits and integration within the existing neighbourhood, as well as a positive pre-application process over the past year with officers at Brent.
The key components of the application include:
464 residential homes designed to accommodate a variety of household sizes and preferences.
421 co-living studios, offering alternative housing options suited to contemporary urban living for single occupancy households.
Creative workspaces which are the direct product of community input and designed to support local businesses, particularly the local tailoring industry.
A new community building offering flexible opportunities for workspace, community events and activities.
New public open spaces, play areas and green infrastructure which will see over 700% Biodiversity Net Gain.
We are looking forward to continuing to work collaboratively with Brent and other stakeholders in the lead up to determination. The submission represents a significant step toward creating a vibrant, inclusive urban environment that reflects the needs and aspirations of the community and delivers a significant number of new homes for London.
