About Us

KMDC are an independent Development Management consultancy, founded in 2019, providing development advice, with developer experience. 

We work collaboratively with the Local Planning Authority, stakeholders, local communities and the design team to bring forward new places to live, work and be enjoyed by the new and existing communities.

We act as Client Representative and Development Manager, from concept to start on site, facilitating and enabling sites to come forward for redevelopment.

We have developer experience, specifically in residentially led mixed use development, and a specific interest and passion for placemaking and leaving a lasting legacy for the new and existing communities to enjoy.  Across all projects we maintain a focus on effective placemaking, sustainable construction and occupation strategies, and consideration and inclusion of existing local communities.
