This month marks KMDC’s 5th birthday! We would like to thank all our clients, consultants and colleagues for the last five years.

We have achieved a huge amount, keeping true to our key values of integrity, honesty, fairness, working hard and working with good people.

To mark the occasion, we want to share the five key approaches to our work as Development Management consultants:

1) Working with Purpose: We’re always working to ensure that our projects are designed to create beautiful places that can be enjoyed by both existing communities and new residents. It's our way of contributing to positive regeneration, and we appreciate working with those who resonate with the same goals.
 
2) Growing Connections: Building relationships is the basis of our business. We love connecting with the communities that we work within, fellow experts in our field and the clients we work with. These connections mean we have a great way of working, and lead to exciting opportunities and valuable insights for our team.
 
3) Spreading the Word: We are always happy to share our expertise and let people know how we can help.
 
4) Leading the Way Forward: Providing advice that leads to great solutions is what we're all about. We take pride in keeping our clients, design teams and communities happy. Their success is our success.
 
5) Staying Flexible and Sharp: Adaptability is our strength. We're always ready to pivot and evolve as things change. Keeping our skills sharp and being open to new ideas is how we stay ahead of the curve.
