We are thrilled to announce that our detailed planning application for Atlip Gardens received a unanimous resolution to grant at LB Brent’s Planning Committee on 12th March.

This exciting development will see 885 much-needed new homes delivered in Alperton, including co-living, private and affordable housing. In addition, a new community centre, creative workspace and significant public realm will transform this brownfield site into a new neighbourhood.

Meaningful collaboration and consultation with officers at LB Brent and the local community has been central in shaping these high-quality proposals that will make a fantastic contribution to Alperton's ongoing growth. It was brilliant to hear local resident TJ speak at Committee and commend us on our “diligence in consulting with the community” and “creating an environment in collaboration with local residents”. Our conversations with Alperton residents directly informed the inclusion of community and creative uses into the design.
