In January 2022, Imogen joined the KMDC team, bringing her varied background in the development sector along with her. This includes her past experience at St William Homes LLP, a division of the Berkeley Group.

Here, Imogen worked on securing key planning consents for the regeneration of large, complex brownfield sites across London. Significant achievements include facilitating the approval of circa 2,800 homes at Poplar Riverside and circa 1,250 homes at Bow Common Gasworks.

Since her arrival at KMDC, Imogen has been actively engaged in a variety of projects, with a particular focus on ventures in west London. Notably, she has worked with Officers at the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC) as well as the London Borough of Brent (LB Brent), on long-term major projects in the area.
