In August 2022, Izzy became a member of the KMDC team, adding her experience from companies such as Crest Nicholson South and Taylor Wimpey, having worked in both strategic and immediate land teams in the London, Midlands and Southern regions.

Throughout her career, Izzy has fronted the advancement of significant development schemes. Notably, she played a pivotal role in overseeing the progress of projects such as the development of 2,500 units at Kilnwood Vale and circa 650 units in Billingshurst, West Sussex.

Since joining KMDC, Izzy has actively contributed to the company's portfolio by focusing on securing permissions for notable projects, including obtaining consent for 867 units in the first phase of the Margarine Works development in Southall. Her dedication and astute approach to navigating planning processes are invaluable in driving the progression of these projects.
